This CV is an updated version that I made in College with help from my Tutor. I was told I had to write my Personal Statement in the 3rd person which I found incredibly difficult. I also struggle to refine my information. Here i was told to have on one page.

I updated my 2019 CV from the lecture we had from Peggy and Mellissa during the module. I tried to reduce the information that I was given and update anything.

I had a careers meeting with Natalie. This is when I realised that my CV was all wrong. 

  • No boxes 
  • No references 
  • Refine address to your county for security reasons
  • Use my bio from my website for my personal statement, do not write in the third person and make it personal
  • Don't tile CV with CV - takes up unnecessary room
  • Skills - list less 
  • Refine volunteer experience to what is relevant
  • Add software experience 
  • Work experience add as varied experience if not relevant
  • Add gained skills 

My final CV 2021 for Professional practice. I did submit to be checked, however the response I had from Peggy contradicted Natalie, so I decided not to change anything. However I feel like I still have more to change and add.
